Richard Parsons has long been driven to build well. As a young builder, he was trained in the art of perfection by highly skilled carpenters as he worked across a range of residential projects. He then spent 10 years in civil construction, further refining his craft, before establishing Richard Parsons Constructions in 2003.

Today, Richard is proud to be a builder with a difference, whose detailed work and quality set him well apart from others. His specialty is Hampton home builds, and he works predominately on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, helping his clients to realise their dreams.
As a multi-award winner, no other builder is able to deliver Hampton style homes on such a grand scale, or to the same exacting high standards.

Richard is driven by the philosophy, when you are privileged enough to build for someone, you must do it well, without exception. He also takes the responsibility of building someone’s dream very seriously. Therefore, Richard only takes on a handful of projects each year.
